What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is about training our mind to pay attention to the present moment. Paying attention to the present moment helps us to focus on what’s happening right now, rather than ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. It helps us to free our minds from our own judgements and negative biases, and observe what’s happening right now with a fresh and uncluttered mind.
