Psychosocial Support

NDIS therapy supports

We provide therapy services and supports for NDIS Participants with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans that include therapy services under the Capacity Building part of the Plan.

Our psychologist works 1-on-1 with NDIS Participants to support the achievement of psychosocial goals, including:

  • Improved Life Choices (Choice and Control)
  • Improved Daily Living
  • Increased Social and Community Activities

We are currently accepting new NDIS referrals.


How to make an NDIS referral

Support Coordinators: Refer a Participant

To make a referral please complete our NDIS Referral Form and we will get back to you within the next business day to confirm next steps. 

NDIS Participants: Self-Referral

To refer yourself under a self-managed NDIS Plan, please complete our NDIS Referral Form and we will be in touch within the next business day to confirm next steps.

Samantha Fredericks

Registered Psychologist

BSc. (Hons), BA, MBA,  MProfPsych, MAPS

Samantha works 1-on-1 with adults with physical and/or psychological disabilities and associated mental health and psychosocial issues to support them to build capacity and achieve their goals.
She has experience working with Participants with:
  • Neurodevelopmental issues, including attention deficits
  • Anxiety and panic disorders
  • Addiction
  • Depression
  • Neurocognitive issues including Parkinson's and Huntington's disease
  • Family violence
  • Trauma, adjustment issues and PTSD
  • Complex presentations¬†
She works with clients to develop greater insight into what underlies their symptoms and tailors strategies to support and empower them to create meaningful change and achieve their goals.
